In the restaurant you choose your ingredients to create your own Stir-fry (as many times as you like) and it is cooked in our open kitchen for you. The options are literally endless making Stir fry extremely flexible and suit anyone’s tastes and appetite sizes. 

We use traditional meats like chicken, lamb and beef or for the more adventurous, crocodile and kangaroo! 

Our seafood selection includes tiger prawns, mussels, calamari and fish. 

Our chicken and lamb are halal which allows us to cater for a wide section of ethnic groups. 

The vegetables used in our stir-fries are all fresh and hand cut. You choose from a vast selection including bean sprouts, peppers, carrots, pak choy, onions, mushrooms, cabbage, broccoli, mange tout and French beans to name a few. 

We also have an extensive range of products available for vegetarians and vegans including tofu, “this isn’t chicken” and quorn. 

The stir-fry not only varies in product but in flavour from spicy to sweet to savoury.

We take my mum here, and they are amazing with dietary requirements. They cater really well for my son who is allergic to fish and nuts as well as coeliac - they use a new wok, and keep it especially for him. Definitely recommend. We always go eat in the restaurant, never had a takeaway from there x

I've been to Temujin multiple times and been fine. When eating in, you choose your oils, sauce, toppings etc on a little card which is clearly marked with what is GF and hand that to the server. You then choose your meat, veggies etc and hand it to the chef who cooks it for you! It's a great place with some unusual meats like shark and kangaroo on offer sometimes! Xxx
